Registration
All Payments
are Non-refundable
Fall Placement will be scheduled when necessary. Students desiring admittance to the Performing Arts Program are required to attend a placement class for evaluation. There is a $10 non-refundable fee for the evaluation.
Please bring the completed registration form, a $50 non-refundable registration fee per family and the first session’s full payment when you come to registration.
You can also download and fill
out
the
registration form and
bring or mail it in
to the studio with the $50 fee.
Dance Moves is not responsible
for registration forms lost in
the mail. Please make sure
you mail in the registration
form so it will arrive before
the session starts.
